Since Code Signing Certificates require hardware-based authentication, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Once Shipping Has Started: No refunds will be processed after the certificate has been issued and shipping has begun.
• Refused Shipments: The company will not issue refunds when a customer refuses a delivery.
• Delivered Orders: If the USB token is delivered, then refunds will not be initiated, even when the package is not opened.
